I've spent my career in NYC construction filing — managing DOB NOW applications across every discipline, from architectural and structural through mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm. I've filed in all five boroughs and worked through DOB NOW's constant evolution firsthand. That depth of experience is what allows me to review your drawings before they go to DOB and catch the issues that lead to objections and delays.

I started Impetus Consultants because I saw a gap in the market. Small architecture firms — the 1-to-10-person practices doing Alt-2 interior renovations and commercial build-outs — often end up self-filing because the larger expediting options aren't built for their project volume or budget. They need someone who understands their work, is responsive, and treats every filing with the same attention to detail regardless of project size.
